What You Will Be Doing This position will work closely with Assistant Project Managers and Superintendents and will build diverse experience in the areas of permitting, scheduling, procurement, document control, and other essential functions. This individual will maintain a proper balance between the profitability of the company and the achievement of total customer satisfaction. You will be empowered to grow, take charge and to make an impact, while being provided with excellent benefits and development opportunities.
What You Need for this Position More than 5 years of experience and knowledge of all phases of construction management including:

- History of managing multi-family projects
- Experience with pre-construction and estimating
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and MS Project software
- LEED and PMP accreditations are preferred but not required
- OSHA 30 Certification
