We operate in all of Virginia, Washington D.C. and cover most of Maryland. We currently work at about $20-25M in projects per year. We specialize in general contracting, construction management, design-build, and building maintenance. We are expanding quickly and need a superintendent to help us ensure success in our projects.
What You Will Be Doing As a project manager you will be managing the delivery and implementation of construction through all phases of a project. You will coordinate project team interaction both internally and for all other project participants. You will manage the project team in collaboration with other disciplines to establish solutions that can be implemented within the constraints of the project goals, budgets and available time. You will also hold a role as an estimator in which you will be calculating costs and gains of construction projects. You must be comfortable with analysis of numbers to provide accurate information that will assist the company with strategic planning.
