Project Manager - Civil Engineer If you are a Project Manager - Civil Engineer with experience, please read on! We are a reputable development consulting company with over 60 years of experience who has built a solid name in the Western United States. We are searching for a proactive, problem-solving project manager to oversee land development projects from the planning stages all the way through construction as we continue to expand.
What You Will Be Doing -Lead all phases of the project, including design and development, ensuring all licenses and permits are obtained before start
-Manage additional personnel, including designers, drafters, and subconsultants, to carry out the project's varied tasks
-By creating project schedules, managing tasks, and being able to adjust to the demands of the AWA and the customer, you may demonstrate great project management knowledge and abilities
-Bring strong interpersonal skills to forge connections with clients and the government
-Manage many projects at once and manage project modifications as necessary
