We are seeking a Project Manager based in our Bedford, OH location. You will be responsible for leading projects all the way from the initial feasibility analysis through the implementation and benefit realization phases. You will be challenged with projects across the entire value stream and expected to take in new subject matter knowledge while supporting projects. In this role you will be part of the Global Strategic Project Office with colleagues in Copenhagen, Denmark - and as part of a global team you will potentially support other locations in Denmark, Croatia, Hungary, and China.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end Project Management including business cases, establishing project plans, managing project budgets and approvals, and establishing and leading cross-functional teams
• Perform data gathering, process mapping and analysis to present in a concise manner
• Ensure project progress and business alignment including business sponsor
• Track and report project progress, including risk mitigation and benefit analysis
• Secure pro-active stakeholder management and project communication
• Drive a world class change management approach.

Experience and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Science preferred. +5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry. Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

• Excellent communication skills and an eye for details
• Experience from consulting is preferred
• Project management certification is preferred
