Job Summary:

As a Project Manager for Evergreen Roadworks, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple projects related to pavement preservation and heavy highway construction with specific deliverables. You will work closely with the various levels of leaderships and team members throughout Evergreen Roadworks to ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders, while adhering to all safety and regulatory guidelines.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring compliance.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Ensure that all project work complies with relevant safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
  • Experience managing asphalt preservation and heavy highway construction projects a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs, i.e. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
  • Experience and proficiency in Viewpoint, Heavy Job, and Heavy Bid systems.

Key Details:
  • Occasional travel to job sites and customer sites is required on an as needed basis.
  • Travel is primarily day trips; however, some overnight travel may be required.
