Project Manager If you are a Project Manager with estimating experience, please read on!

We are one of the largest construction companies in the US with over 80 years of industry experience. We provide services for preconstruction, walls and ceilings, metal decking, roofing, and more! We are looking for an construction professional to manage the plans, budgets, schedules, organization, and controls of assigned projects.
What You Will Be Doing - Maintain relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and other contacts to facilitate project activities.
- Oversee and provide leadership on projects to the team.
- Communicate regularly with executive leadership.
- Procure materials and subcontracts to complete
- Work with superintendents and foremen to plan, organize and direct activities related to construction
- Ensure that every project is managed to maximize customer satisfaction and build/maintain long standing relationships.
- Must have extensive knowledge in cost control.
- Update job reports including work progress, cost, and scheduling
- Oversee budgeting, contracts, change order management, billing and forecasting for all assigned projects
- Review and ensure that the safety plan is in place prior to starting
What You Need for this Position - BS/BA in construction management, civil engineering, a related degree, or equivalent experience
- Must possess a minimum of 8 years of construction management experience or comparable skills in a related field.
- Must have knowledge of estimating and project management software
- Must know OST/Quickbid
- Must know Microsoft Office products, Bluebeam, and Plangrid
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally
- Flexibility to interface well on many levels including general contractors, co-workers, vendors, subcontractors, etc.
