Project Manager We are a small/medium sized general contracting company with over 12 years in business. We specialize in tenant improvements of corporate office spaces. We have built our success on a foundation of passion, honesty and commitment to service. We have completed over 1,000 projects since our start as a company and we continue to grow. We are looking for a talented and experienced Project manager to join our team as we take on new projects.
What You Will Be Doing As a Project Manager you will assist in leading construction teams through projects from start to finish. The Project Manager, in partnership with the Superintendent, is responsible for the overall success of a construction project. This position is responsible for providing exceptional client service, leading a project team, and providing management of project budget, schedule, and quality. Additionally, the Project Manager oversees contractual requirements and documentation. Project Managers help lead the way in providing a good experience for everyone involved, including subcontractors, owners, and their team-mates.
What You Need for this Position - At least 10+ years of Construction Experience
- Procore Proficiency
- Estimating Experience
- Commercial
- Tenant Improvements
What's In It for You - Salary of $140,000 to $190,000
