Project Manager *Job Title: * Project Manager - Drywall Specialist
*Job Location: * Fremont, CA
*Salary Range: * 80k -150k + Benefits
*Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years experience in the commercial construction industry.

We are a rapidly growing construction company based in the heart of beautiful Fremont, CA. As an emerging full-service general contractor company, we specialize in building complex commercial projects throughout California. Due to growth, we are actively recruiting for an All-Star Project Manager that has a commercial background. Prior experience as foreman or journeyman would be a huge plus, but not required.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the supervision and management of all aspects of assigned projects from mobilization through punch list and demobilization, including client relations and cost control of general conditions. You will manage all phases of the construction project ensuring that work is being performed safely, monitoring product quality and providing all required project documentation plus estimating of large complex interior drywall projects.

*Must Have Skills: *
1.) Commercial Construction Knowledge
2.) Working knowledge of all crafts (ability to read and understand specifications for all trades)
3.) OST, Quick bid, Procore, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook
4.) Drywall Specialist/Estimating
5.) Understanding of Union rates

*Nice to have: *
1.) Foreman experience
2.) Journeyman experience
3.) Clear communication
4.) Team Player and problem solver
