We are a leading pavement and grading construction company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing pavement projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.

What You Will Be Doing This is a Project Manager position, you will be responsible for the following and more:

-Developing project plans, budgets, and schedules
-Identifying and acquiring necessary resources and materials
-Coordinating with engineers, designers, and other project stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met
-Managing and supervising project teams and contractors
-Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure that projects stay on schedule
-Identifying and mitigating potential project risks
-Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
-Communicating with clients and other stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and address any issues or concerns
What You Need for this Position -Minimum of 3 years of experience in pavement project management
-Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred
-Experience in managing and supervising teams and contractors
-Strong knowledge of pavement, concrete, seal coating, asphalt, parking lot maintenance and road projects
-Strong communication and leadership skills
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
