Job Description Summary
Responsible for managing the design, development, and implementation of projects on behalf of the client, using established processes, experience, and expertise.
Job Description

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares agendas, develops and maintains master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met
  • Prepares and coordinates project reports and drawing reviews for clients and project team at conceptual, schematic, design development and construction phases of project
  • Assists in the selection and contracting process of consultants and construction teams as necessary for each project Integrates the impact of other Project Management and Cushman & Wakefield components, including brokerage (work letter development), building operations, MEP, etc as they relate to each project and project phase
  • Reviews requisitions, change orders and other invoices associated with the project
  • Participates in marketing services to clients
Additional Responsibilities - This is an addendum to the principal responsibilities outlined in the job description such, the following general responsibilities are of equal importance to those listed in the principal responsibilities and are applicable to all exempt level jobs:
  • Observes corporate policies and procedures
  • Maintains high qualitative and quantitative standards of work performance
  • Strives constantly to improve skill and work knowledge; keeps up to date in the field of specialization
  • Cooperates with other personnel to achieve corporate goals and objectives as to quality, service, cost and profit
  • Reports to immediate supervisor major problems and findings and results achieved with recommendations
  • Clears through channels organizational changes contemplated, actions planned implying commitments, and expenditures in excess of approved budget
  • Establishes goals and objectives with timetables for the organizational unit and sub-units supervised
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or comparable degree
  • 7 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
  • Excellent client relations, client management, and consultation skills
  • Proven leadership ability, administrative ability, technical background and project responsibility experience
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Software competency: Microsoft Project and PowerBI
