Project Coordinator

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator for Remote Role.

Position Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Remote

Anticipated Start Date: 03/25/2024.

Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.

Expected Duration: 9 Months.

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $30/ hr W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

The project coordinator is responsible for managing administrative aspects of client and company projects, tracking and monitoring of project progress with regards to deadlines and client needs, assisting in scheduling and logistical coordination, and communicating frequently with team members and management.

Must-Have Skills

* Experience with legal work (governance, committee management, policies)

* Attention to detail

* Highly autonomous worker and experience

Nice-to-have Skills

* OM certification

* Paralegal certification

* Graphic design skills

Skills:

* Previous project coordination experience and/or previous legal project experience

* Attention to detail and understanding of how to properly edit and update legal documents

* Ability to work in a team environment

* Strong calendaring and coordination; proactive and autonomous approach to work

Education/Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field

* Project Management, Paralegal or other certification
