Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX seeking a Program System Analyst. This is a leading technology-driven organization dedicated to providing innovative solutions to their clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both technical and business aspects, with the ability to bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams. As a Program System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing software systems to meet the needs of our clients.Responsibilities:- Program System Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Design innovative software solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements
- Develop detailed system specifications, including requirements documentation, user stories, and system architecture diagrams
- Work closely with software developers and engineers to ensure the successful implementation of system designs
- As a Program System Analyst, you will conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to validate system functionality and performance
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented systems, including troubleshooting, and debugging
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a System Analyst, Program Analyst, or similar role
- Experience with programming languages and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, SQL, etc.)
- Familiarity with database management systems and software engineering principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Certification in relevant areas (e.g., Certified Business Analyst Professional, PMI-PBA) is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
