Job Description:
Summary:

The mission of the Global Programs team is to translate Client priorities into scalable programs that drive business results for clients and incremental revenue for Client. We accomplish this by designing and activating a set of activities supported by content, processes, and tools that instill a measurable behavior change in our clients, agencies, and third-party partners by removing friction and increasing performance. The core responsibilities of this role will be to deliver and iterate on recently launched programs, especially pertaining to driving & measuring advertiser performance and investment in Client's products. This is an outstanding opportunity to have impact at scale on a fast-moving, highly visible team. Success in this position requires strong project management skills, ability to thrive in a team environment, data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and creative problem solving.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute cross-functional programs for Client's advertisers globally to drive priority solution adoption and revenue growth.
• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the involvement of cross-functional teams.
• Measure progress and success of programs, providing regular updates to leadership along with any recommendations to iterate or evolve program elements.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to confidently present ideas
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.

Education/Experience:

• 5+ years' experience working with marketing, media planning, or consulting with track record of problem solving and program management.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
