Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Work with the leadership team to gain a deep understanding of the high priority projects that need support to drive to success
• Prioritize the list of needs with the Director of New Products based on urgency, complexity and business impact and then work with key stakeholders to scope the effort.
• Project manage initiatives by coordinating with the cross-functional teams to ensure all groups are aligned on high level goals and able to execute on the agreed upon milestones.
• Create mechanisms for identifying and monitoring updates, milestones and roadblocks on project work and ensure leadership is aware of status and progress
• Deliver on agreed upon initiatives in a timely manner and with a high level of quality.

Skills:

• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and unstructured problems
• Excellent communication skills
• Open, collaborative, and proven team player, with an ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance or support
• Project management experience and experience running strategic projects with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Ads/Digital Media operations

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
• 8+ years' work experience
• 6+ years' work experience in consulting, startup, operations or product strategy environment (3+ years' experience with master's degree)
• Experience in a startup environment and/or consulting experience
• Experience leading cross functional initiatives

Must Have:

• Experience as a Ads Manager
• Operate independently, be proactive.
• Experience with measurement tool (ad campaigns on Client in the past)
• AB performance testing
• Google docs, test

Nice-to-have Skills:

Sequel skills

Combination of Sales and analytical background

Total No of years of experience: 8+ years - 6+ years work experience in consulting, startup, operations, or product strategy environment

Degree / Certifications: Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
