RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager III in San Diego, CA.Responsibilities:

• Partner with Business and Technology leaders to refine and execute program management for key external partners across the Segment teams, including coordination of day-to-day programs, operating mechanisms and cross partner communications
• Drive overall project plan and key program milestones with the cross functional teams and product business units; The intent is to keep teams accountable to deliver as per the plan
• Communicate risks and bring visibility so that there is a clear risk mitigation plan to deliver on time with the existing resources
• Develop and deliver documented plans and timelines that encompass all phases of planning, implementation, production readiness and support; Create and manage overall implementation and technical project plan
• Collaborate with cross-functional drivers of key work streams to ensure their contribution is included in communications and in meetings
• Write and summarize status updates to provide visibility of work and progress to a large number of stakeholders (e.g. emails for broad visibility during planning as well as release notes once in roll out phase), including regular interactions and communications with executives
• Manage and track cross functional program execution to ensure successful, high-quality, on-time delivery of initiative across Business Unit partners
• Ensure there's resources within the Business Unit partner teams lined up to catch the work for implementation and for change management
• Partner with business unit product development leadership to keep track of short and long term trade-offs and to balance the needs of all stakeholders
• Quickly and effectively identify and clarify the critical few issues and drive bringing in the appropriate decision makers and owners to create action when teams are stuck

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of Program Management team leadership experience
• Experience in martech platform migrations a plus (although not required)
• Proven experience driving organizational change and working effectively with cross functional teams
• Excellent leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels
• Ability to build strong relationships and leverage those relationships to influence across organizational boundaries
• Outstanding communication skills
