Job Title: Program Manager
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 9+ Months Contract

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a UX Program Manager to support the Design Systems team in Ads UX for a period of 9 months. Design Systems drives the adoption and evolution of the Ads Design System across Ads enterprise products, supporting the design and development of coherent, consistent, and inclusive user experiences. In this role you will work closely with the Design Systems team to keep the program running smoothly through maintaining and implementing program processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Run regular team status meetings and own program status tracker
• Help team stay on track to meet quarterly goals
• Manage and maintain standard process for all new Design System projects
• Manage review process for new feature requests
• Manage ticket intake process which includes triaging, prioritizing and assigning tickets
• Keep program documentation up to date

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain standard process for all new Design System projects

Mandatory Skills:

• Detail Oriented.

Desired Skills:

• M.A/M.S/ Ph.D ( in progress or completed)
