Program Manager: DEI, WIM🔍School of Medicine, Stanford, California, United StatesNew📁Administration📅2 days ago Post Date📅102969 Requisition #The Department of Medicine (DOM) at Stanford University is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to administer Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts in the department. Administration includes two central faculty programs - (1) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and (2) Women in Medicine as well as staff programs and initiatives for DEI. Reporting to the Associate Director of Staff Human Resources, and a member of the People Team in the DOM, the Program Manager will work alongside Faculty and Administrative Leaders in DOM to plan, execute, and close projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. With a consolidated budget of more than $400 million, and over 700 Faculty members in 14 divisions, and 1100 staff, the Department of Medicine is the largest department in the University and provides clinical services to approximately 40% of SHC patients; as such, the Program Manager will play a vital role in successfully managing these programs for the Department. The incumbent will help drive critical decision-making based on data. It is essential that the Program Manager have a strong background in data analytics, process improvement and strong administrative skills, and demonstrate excellent working relationships with physician leaders. The position requires excellent financial, human resource, strategic planning, and communication skills.The successful candidate will have a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion and can expect to work a hybrid schedule which includes work being performed from a Stanford work site 1-2 days per week.Duties include:
