JobDescription:

WorkExperience and Skills:

• 5years or more work-related experience with Program Management

• Participatein Business Requirements and Functional Requirements meetings, identify gaps inrequirements and drive discussion around appropriate solutions.

• Takecomplete accountability of Operations - represent team in all forums(reporting, priority issues, SLAs, outliers, exceptions, action plans, ServiceImprovements)

• Interactwith stakeholders, coordinate with Partner team and manage support operationsacross teams

• Managingbusiness stakeholders and responsible for all business facing communication.

• Excellentbusiness analytical skills including understanding client and user queries inrelation to the business and managing resolution for the same

• Partnerinteractions and SLAs, KPIs for specific cluster

• Partnershipwith client for critical events and ensuring adequate coverage

• Participatein Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reviews with ongoing Project status

• Understandingof Microsoft Finance IT landscape is highly desirable

• Exposureto managing projects / programs related to Modern Support solutions like BOTs,Machine Learning is preferred

• Experiencein PowerBI would be preferred
