CUMULUS MEDIA | Fort Walton Beach-Destin is searching for an experienced Program Director/On-Air Personality for WKSM-FM/99ROCK. The last time we looked for a new program director for this station, you may not have been in the business! Don't miss this opportunity to live along the beaches of the beautiful Emerald Coast! We are looking for someone who is passionate about radio, a problem solver, driven, resourceful and has the ability to grow a radio station that has spent years at the top! The successful candidate knows we work in the entertainment business and takes great pride in the success of their team!
Energy, enthusiasm and experience is a must as you manage all aspects of programming, including music scheduling, coaching the on-air team, imaging, station strategy, developing revenue generating opportunities for your station, website, social media, and digital content. Be ready to work hard and play hard!

Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Minimum three years successful programming experience
• Ability to multitask and the discipline to focus on what is the highest and best use of your time, energy and resources
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with ratings, research and music scheduling programs
• Ability to create imaging and manage the sound, attitude and brand of the station
• Coach, direct, develop and motivate a terrific team of on-air talent
• Ability to work with managers, marketing and sales to develop events and promotions that generate revenue and grow listener engagement
• Strong knowledge of all FCC rules and regulations
• Must be flexible with work hours including nights, weekends and holidays
• Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record.
