The Program Coordinator advises and assists with the management and supervision of the Pitt Program Council (PPC). The Program Coordinator facilitates student growth and development; works with student program planners in the areas of program content, committee organization, policies, procedures, implementation of planned programs, establishment of budgets and proper bookkeeping procedures. The Program Coordinator communicates clear understanding of values, philosophy, and goals of the Office of Student Life and the PPC; assists in advisement of the PPC budget; assists in scheduling, approval, and supervision of all PPC programs as necessary. The Program Coordinator assists the PPC advisor in establishing effective working relationships throughout the University community; assessing student needs and interests; program planning; year end reports, surveys and evaluations. The Program Coordinator assists First Year Experience office and serves on the New Student Orientation Team.

Masters in Student Personnel or related area preferred.
