As our business continues to grow, we are on the lookout for a Production Worker to join our team. The Production Worker will perform a wide range of tasks to build a variety of electromechanical devices.

Required Experience:

  • Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
  • Perform different job functions on a rotating basis
  • Surface Mount Soldering skills, preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of previous work experience in a warehouse, Electronic/Manufacturing environment preferred
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, bend, twist, walk, and reach frequently
  • Ability to perform repetitious duties while standing or sitting for long periods of time.
  • Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs. regularly
General Information:
  • Starting pay is $19.74 (After 90-day probation, pay increases to $20.49)
  • Shift: 4-10-hour days (Mon-Thurs 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.)
  • Must become a member of the Teamsters Local 853 union
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k benefits offered after 3 calendar months
  • Must pass background and drug screening
Important COVID-19 Guidance:

In September 2021, the US government issued new federal vaccine regulations that certain government contractors must adhere to. Davis Instruments is a covered federal contractor and therefore our US-based employees are required to be vaccinated, and show proof of vaccination, by January 18, 2022.
