Our employees are the cornerstone of our success and we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team. We have an excellent opportunity for a Production Manager in our Troy, Ohio headquarters facility.

In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following job responsibilities:

• Work with supervisors to interview, hire and train all production personnel.
• Provide development opportunities for subordinates in accordance with their capabilities and interests.
• Continually strive to improve productivity of labor and capital investments.
• Enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure stock counts are taken as scheduled to support Purchasing and MRP system.
• Consult with Plant Engineering as necessary, on proposed plant layout changes.
• Coordinate with Plant Engineering and Maintenance on new equipment installation and plant layout changes.
• Enforce safety policies and strive for an injury free workplace.
• Continually strive to lower product costs and/or improve the value of our product and services.
• Keep Director of Manufacturing informed of problems in carrying out the assigned responsibilities and duties that are beyond the position authority to resolve.
• Other duties as assigned.

•  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

•  10 years' of experience in a manufacturing setting.

•   Minimum of 3 years' management experience.

•  A track record of performance creating and meeting key performance indicators and objectives.

•   Self-directed, goal-oriented. 

•   Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets.

•   Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
