The Production Designer will work closely with the Director, Production Design, graphic designers, and art directors to produce final, print, digital and web-ready files that meet all technical requirements while maintaining creative integrity. We are looking for someone with high attention to detail and who is technically proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite & Figma. The purpose of this role is to take some of the weight of asset building off of the conceptual teams by utilizing efficient production workflows that also ensure pixel perfect asset delivery under tight deadlines. There will be minimal original artwork created in this role. You must be able to take design direction with ease, while staying extremely organized and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Able to take design direction and implement it across various sizes of print & digital assets including billboards, packaging, website assets, display banners and social media posts
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to ensure projects are on track
  • Assist Design team whenever needed
  • Review all art files for accuracy
  • Juggle multiple projects while managing tight deadlines

Qualifications and Attributes:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of production design experience
  • Expertise in Creative Suite and ability to learn new software as needed
  • Expert level skills in Adobe Photoshop, including clipping, color correcting and retouching of studio and lifestyle photography
  • Expert level skills in the Adobe CC Suite
  • Experience working in Figma
  • Complete understanding of the print process including CMYK and spot color systems
  • Complete understanding of design applications used to pre-flight and prepare accurate print ready and digital art files
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Pre-press and digital production knowledge
  • Experience with consumer product brands
  • Responsive to constructive criticism and humbly accepting of design direction
  • Ability to pivot quickly when strategies change
  • Packaging Design experience
  • Motion Design / 3D experience
  • HTML5 rich media experience
