Production Designer
Title: Graphic Designer / Production Designer
Location: Remote / WFH
Duration: 8+ Months

Summary
Understanding of the elements of good design and best practices
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a fast-paced creative environment
Follows established file setup structure, naming conventions and archiving
Can confidently present own work to others via face to face, conference call, and email conversations
Able to contribute to a presentation, collecting input from all stakeholders and/or delivering content for a particular section
Ability to manage deadlines on numerous, concurrent projects through various teams
Takes existing concepts and lays them out in various formats with a strong visual aesthetic
Participates in brainstorming and conceptualizing for new campaigns
Crafts effective solutions to customer problems regardless of medium, environment and/or audience
Analyzes a problem to appropriate depth; doesn't dive into a solution before doing homework
Convincingly explains decisions and rationale in documentation, reviews, and presentations * Stays familiar with the Salesforce brand guidelines
Can create new designs leveraging existing components and recreate assets with minimal direction, when needed

Intermediate Technical Skills
Knowledgeable in typography, color theory, layout conversion/production, print design, responsive web/app design, advertising, digital layouts such as web design, video, animation, social, demand generation campaign basics: static banners, landing pages, login promo, confirmation page
Understanding of basic html and CSS styles
Correct and catch errors before submitting to the partner/client
Thoughtful preparation of files
Intermediate knowledge of the following Adobe Creative Cloud applications:
- Acrobat Pro
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- AfterEffects
- Photoshop
Intermediate photo retouching and color correcting skills
Proficient at building presentation decks in Google Slides, Keynote, and PowerPoint with animations and builds
