What You'll Do

We are currently seeking Part-Time Production Associates to work in various production areas at our Sparta facility. This position may be required to work in sewing, cutting, embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, warehouse picking or shipping.

The typical work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3:30pm - 8:30pm.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manufacture products to specifications of each custom order
• Work in multiple areas depending on production needs: Cutting, Screen Printing, Embroidery, Sewing, Sublimation, Warehouse Picking and/or Shipping
• Maintain equipment and make adjustments to equipment as required.
• Identify and report defects to the area lead during the production process.
• Follow production schedules to produce product on time

What We're Looking For

We are seeking current students who are enrolled in school at a 2 or 4-year college or technical school. The anticipated start date for this position is January 18, 2022.

Other qualifications include:

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Detail oriented and organized
• Ability to understand product specifications and product visuals
• Adaptable to a quickly changing environment
• Ability to learn multiple new tasks
