Job Responsibilities:

• Data Entry/Capture production in ERP system of completed inventory on Daily Basis
• Manage Inventory, Work Order, Routing in ERP System
• Lot management
• Create purchase orders
• Key role in cycle counts and bi-annual Physical Inventories
• Miscellaneous tasks as requested
• Keep work areas safe and clean and communicate any unsafe conditions
• Contribute to a positive work environment
• Knowledge/Skills Ability to read/write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings
• Ability to learn and use software systems including basic Word, and Excel skills
• Ability to use basic reasoning to understand and complete instructions
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Education/Certification High school, trade school, or at least two years of related experience and/or training preferred

Physical/Mental/Environmental Demands:

• Must possess mobility to work in a dual setting of a standard office and manufacturing environment
• Standard office includes the operation of equipment such as a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, vision to read printed materials and a computer screen
• Plant/warehouse includes working around machinery and forklifts, abide by safety rules, wear required PPE, handle various temperatures and moderate noise levels
• Lifting requirements are generally up to 40 pounds. No more than 40 pounds unless using an proper apparatus.
• This job involves the following physical demands: Walking, standing, bending, stretching, using hands and fingers to hold, grasp, push, and lift items
