Position Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing the incoming and current sales orders to produce pick lists and bills of material for the production floor. Provide updates with any changes in sales orders or scheduling to the Production management team to keep production on schedule.

Essential Functions:

Assemble sales order pick lists, bills of material, and labels needed to meet daily production requirements.

Insure that sales order packets are correctly assembled per work instructions.

Communicate important information about sales orders to Senior Assemblers/Area Leaders (deviations, ECN's, special instructions or comments, drawings).

Insure sales orders are available when needed.

Communicate openly with customer service to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner.

Monitor any drop in orders and react promptly to ensure on time delivery of orders.

Coordinate all schedule changes with Senior Assemblers and Area Leaders.

Assist with organizing and filing of production documentation on a daily basis.

Education and Training

• HS diploma/GED required
• Associate degree in related field a plus for promotional opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet ect.).
• 1-year experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with KBM a plus.
• Ability to interpret production schedules and build specifications.
• Ability to read drawings in Productview.
• Strong communication skills.

Physical Demands

• Lift less than 50 lbs.

• Office environment
• Manufacturing environment
