This team within Store N°8 is reimagining how families shop and manage their households. They are hard at work designing new products that simplify the shopping experience and integrate naturally into a customer's routine.

About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager on the Conversational Commerce team, you'll be responsible for developing the engagement strategy for our growing Text to Shop product. You will work cross-functionally with our Product team to onboard and activate new users, leverage personalization to drive engagement, and bring exciting new features to the market. You'll own creating and executing on a robust test and learn strategy in-app and in marketing channels to drive product adoption and ongoing engagement.
What You'll Achieve
- Foster a deep understanding of Walmart customers and conversational commerce users
- Develop user lifecycle marketing strategy to increase frequency, reduce churn and improve retention
- Utilize behavioral insights to develop hypothesis-driven experiments and execute a rigorous testing agenda that can scale into high-impact programs
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics and Research to meet ambitious growth targets, including onboarding and activation journey optimization
- Develop & execute GTM strategy for new feature releases, including launch plan and positioning
- Partner with Product to inform roadmap, leveraging user behavioral insights and competitive analysis to deliver a sticky product
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years marketing experience. Experience in early-stage consumer products a plus
- At least 3 years' experience in product marketing, retention marketing or lifecycle CRM
- Experience working closely with tech organizations (I.e., Product, Engineering, Design)

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs: New York City, San Francisco Bay Area, San Diego, or Seattle
