RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager - Digital 3 in Beaverton, OR.Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Partner with the product leadership on the strategic direction for our content publishing platform and prioritize this alongside the needs of the company's business to drive an aligned roadmap
  • Product strategy and vision: Provide input to team objectives and critical metrics by understanding the top problems in our space, how they should be sequenced, and how they relate to broader product and business strategies; Identify strategic product implications and opportunities resulting from major corporate strategies and change initiatives
  • Consumer centricity: Put consumers (and our internal users) at the center of everything we do by working with UX research to conduct discovery that guides our product priorities and strategies
  • Product lifecycle management: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex features from conception through launch; Create and implement strategies to increase the usability and adoption of existing features; Collaborate with experience teams to improve consumer engagement for features we support
  • Prioritization: Effectively prioritize work and value drops to achieve business goals. Define expected outcome models to support this prioritization.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Clearly articulate the product objectives and how they are measured, our roadmap priorities, and requirements to multiple teams in both written and oral formats. Gather and incorporate feedback from a diverse group of partners including other product teams, experience teams, marketing teams, operational teams, business teams, legal and globalization.
  • Set a higher standard: Promote cross-team and cross-organizational sharing of knowledge.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS degree required or equivalent number of years of experience in the technology industry
  • 5+ years of demonstrated ability in product management
  • Ability to present work and strategies to all levels of the organization including executive and partner teams to gain support and alignment that drives action
  • Ability to analyze user behavioral data to inform strategy and direction
  • Ability to empower cross-functional teams to do their best work
  • Ability to create product artifacts such as expected outcome models, product narrative documents, and requirements specifications
  • Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical abilities, and attention to detail
  • History of making tradeoffs in establishing product priorities that have required sophisticated analyses and alignment
  • Previous experience on content platforms or marketing technology products strongly desired


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
