The Product Cyber Security Analyst plays a key role in setting the strategy, mobilizing the organization, and establishing the governance and management processes to meet the cybersecurity needs of the Henny Penny global connected equipment portfolio. This role manages the coordination and explanation of the Henny Penny Cybersecurity stance to our global customer base. This position sets the customer-facing tone and delivery of the Henny Penny firmware and software code security standards, best practices, architecture, and systems to ensure security harmonization across the entire equipment portfolio of Henny Penny. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT specialists, software developers, data scientists, and product managers, to design and implement solutions that meet the needs of our business.

What You'll Be Doing
  • As a dedicated SME, within the Henny Penny Technology & Innovation Team, you will have direct responsibility to lead the strategic and tactical direction of Henny Penny Product Cybersecurity, while translating technical end-to-end data and security approaches for Henny Penny across our product and service portfolio.
  • Depict how the core elements of Henny Penny products, processes, and solutions align with industry compliance and cybersecurity controls to create a cohesive layered defense to support the internal Henny Penny teams and our end-customers.
  • In addition, you will drive the organizational adoption of DevSecOps and create best practices that enable the cybersecurity champions who exist within engineering team to modernize cybersecurity workloads.
  • Coordinate with the Henny Penny Privacy/Legal teams to ensure compliance.
  • Gather, analyze, disseminate, and escalate actionable intelligence for informed decision making across corporate strategy, cyber security risk management and product planning as well as cyber defenses.
  • Analyze and diagnose complex cyber security issues and devise robust yet cost-efficient solutions to protect against known and emerging threats.
  • Identify and drive partnerships that can address current challenges and our industry positioning

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field from an accredited institution.
  • 7+ years professional experience in cybersecurity-focused software development/cloud solutions.
  • Experience working in a relevant (embedded IoT systems focused) environment. Experience in identifying emerging cybersecurity technologies, risks, threats, and risk mitigation.
  • Experience working with senior executive leadership to create, drive and deliver cybersecurity focused solutions that lead to successful business outcomes and ROI.
  • Experience driving policies and best practices that increase the value of their function in one or more areas: Secure Development, Systems Engineering, System Architecture or Security Controls.
  • Deep knowledge of network technologies/protocols and computer security concepts in large scale enterprise technology environment.
  • Experience securing a large application deployment on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
  • Experience with driving DevSecOps framework.
  • Experience in the foodservice industry, or with similar B2B infrastructure is a plus
