Our direct client is looking to hire TWO REMOTE CONTRACT resources for a "P2P Procurement Business Support/Specialist" role.

Duration: 3-9 month Contract Roles
Client is located in Houston, TX AND Cleveland, OH

MUST HAVE SOME COUPA EXP!
Should have exp with some type of Purchasing software

Client prefers candidates be located in one of these cities (1st preference)
This is 100% Remote role
Will consider candidates outside of these two cites (Secondary)

• 3+ years experience with supporting P2P applications
• 3+ years working in the supply chain / procurement / AP or applications support areas
• Strong expertise and deep understanding of typical P2P process flows
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Working as a member of the Procurement team, the Coupa P2P Business Support Specialist will be primarily responsible for daily business support activities of Client's enterprise P2P application, Coupa.

The role will partner with the operations and technical and other teams to ensure the enterprise-wide P2P system is used effectively, efficiently, and fit for purpose. Will also collaborate with our IT team to implement solutions that improve and streamline our end-to-end P2P processes bringing value to the organization. The key areas of the business that this position will support include our Operations, IT, Procurement and AP functions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, AP and Finance to provide end-user support for all business processes in the areas of Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Receipts, Invoices and reporting
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve any user related issues
• Process ServiceNow incident tickets logged for P2P support
• Partner with P2P systems support team to remedy logged issue tickets
• Assist with the design, test and validate any new system configurations (User Acceptance Testing)
• Create proper documentation, workflows and other detailed work instructions to support the P2P process
• Execute on the resolution of open purchase orders by working with the suppliers and requisitions to ensure that only appropriate POs are being closed
• Support the resolution of invoice reconciliations in order to close out invoices in a timely manner
• Create/re-create purchase orders in our upgraded version of Coupa ensuring that a cross reference is maintained between the old and replacement POs, while notifying the vendors of the replacement PO and related information
• Engage in providing tier 1 hype care support to end users resulting in "real-time" resolution of issue

• Relevant business/technical degree (Information Technology or Business is Preferred)
• 3+ years or more of hands-on experience with supporting P2P applications
• 3+ years working in the supply chain / procurement / AP or applications support areas
• Strong expertise and deep understanding of typical P2P process flows
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong project management and follow up skills
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making acumen
• Ability to multi-task and operate in a dynamic working environment
• Displays positive mindset and collaborates well with stakeholders
• Good presentation skills; to assist with system overviews with new users
