The Procurement Senior Business Analyst performs vendor and related business analytics, category market research, and transactional procurement activities. The role is also responsible for management of assigned indirect spend categories, with an emphasis on corporate and functional areas. The senior analyst will act as a system administrator for the Conga contracts platform and the Quality Assurance lead. This position works closely with the strategic sourcing managers as well as key internal stakeholders to ensure that sourcing and contract initiatives are completed timely, meeting business requirements. The senior analyst reports to the VP of Strategic Sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to the strategic sourcing team, both for ad hoc and prescribed purposes. Examples include vendor spend analytics, vendor savings calculations, and activity reporting.
• Assist in gathering market research and benchmarking on vendors and categories of spend for the purposes of developing commodity strategies and competitive bidding events.
• Help business owners build robust business requirements and Service Level Agreements for competitive bidding events and resulting Statements of Work.
• Execute transactional procurement activities such as order forms, consulting services agreements and various other contracts for non-material goods and services
• Review agreements set for expiration or renewal, gain alignment with the business owner and properly disposition the agreement
• Perform project administration tasks for select sourcing efforts.
• Execute modifications to existing agreements, as needed.
• Become an administrator and expert user of Conga contracts.
• Perform team QA processes on a monthly basis.
