Job Description:
Process Engineer will support an injury free workplace by;
- Participating in CAP meetings, employee recognition, and safety discussions
- Leading Site Audits, Area Inspections, and Equipment Inspections
- Leading Safety Training
- Ensuring Contractor Compliance and auditing on the job Practices
- Supporting Federal Mine Safety and Health Act compliance
- Ohio & Federal Environmental Protection Agency
- Village of Woodville and Surrounding Communities
- Operate and Trouble Shoot Bag houses/Dust Collection Operations
- Operate and Trouble Shoot Rotary Kilns and their Components
- Planning (short & long term)
- Refractory & Kiln Specific Outage Plans
- Model & Schedule Future Kiln Outages
- Liaising with and advising Contractors and Management Staff
- Monitor Performance and Analyze Data to Optimize Operations
- Model Control Plans, Work Instructions & Data Collection
- Develop, Maintain, and Update
- Train Operators
- Operate within Cost Plans
- Utilize Existing Resources, Request & Manage Capital Funding
- Strong Communicator with all Levels
- Build Relationships
- Execute Task Effectively
