As the director of the Identity Platform Digital Identity Product Management, you will demonstrate strategic thinking and excellence in product management with experience collaborating across regions and functions. The role requires a variety of skillsets across strategy, product management, data, regulatory, compliance, privacy, and product delivery/GTM. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated background in setting and driving strategy and building consensus, translating strategy into execution plans to meet business goals.

As the director of the Identity Platform Digital Identity Product Management, you will demonstrate strategic thinking and excellence in product management with experience collaborating across regions and functions. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated background in setting and driving strategy and building consensus, translating strategy into execution plans to meet business goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and own the product vision, strategy, innovation and communication for the extended scope and applications of digital identity in a large and complex organization with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be a customer champion who understands end-user problems and competitive and market trends in the Identity space.
  • Work closely with the customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their challenges and goals and refine the products.
  • Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills convey important messages clearly and compellingly.
  • Enable enterprise marketing initiatives including building the campaign strategy, developing targets and budgets, account mapping, identifying acquisition channels and tactics, informing creative development; Leverage our sales and marketing operations stack to deliver emails, social media postings, ads, direct mail, and other messages to leads and contacts
  • Develop, manage & communicate product roadmap to customers, prospects, and all key stakeholders.
  • Lead from the front in defining measurable goals, objectives, and identity platform metrics and solutions by partnering closely with the Product Analytics team.
  • Attend industry events, leveraging personal networks and partnering closely with Marketing & Sales to help enable traction on our products; Collaborate with Events, Sales, Operations, and Customer teams to design customer and prospect engagement events like c-suite demos, company-specific webinars, and other programs

Requirements:
  • Understand the target market, customers, users, buyers, competitors, suppliers, partners, collaborators and the business climate (regulation, technology).
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer and user's business, their goals, and their stated and latent needs.
  • Align all stakeholders (internal and external; identity, risk, compliance, customer experience, engineering, architecture, customer success/support, leadership, and others) on business needs, objectives, outcomes and priorities.
  • Advocate for the end-user and customer, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify product goals, objectives and results.
  • Synthesize and prioritize requirements, solutions and roadmaps per appropriate customer (internal and external) and business criteria.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, launch, drive the adoption and increase the use of products to meet business goals.
  • Measure, analyze and improve the customer satisfaction and business performance of the product and feedback into the strategy, planning and execution for the product.
  • Ability to influence both Product and Engineering teams outside of their own organization.
  • High sense of ownership, urgency, independence, and drive. Proven track record of getting things done, managing multiple tasks, including communication with internal and external teams while consistently delivering on schedule.
  • Ability to set a strong vision for the Platform domain, aligning both the team and wider stakeholders to ensure buy-in, and think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment using a data-driven and analytical approach.
