What You'll Do

The Business Architect drives business transformation throughout the organization. Business Architects have the enterprise as their contextual focus, as opposed to a specific project/process/product or department/business function. They work with C-suite executives to understand their key business drivers and organizational strategic needs. They are typically responsible for the overall solution or perhaps leading a large workstream within a very large program.

The Business Architect leads interviews and workshops to analyze the current business model and operating model. Then, they define future business capabilities or changes in how key elements of the business work together to deliver strategic value or provide a competitive advantage. They ensure the interconnections between the business processes, technology, data, and people work together to drive business performance throughout the enterprise.

Experience You'll Bring

• 7+ years of business or functional analyst experience in a consulting or project-based environment
• Captured, visually, end-to-end flows aimed at delivering value for a stakeholder
• Proven ability to think about business processes outside of technology context
• Led critical analysis on a project basis to help client achieve strategic objectives
• Assisted in the creation of business architecture visuals such as: value stream maps, business capability maps, organizational graphs, and business strategy framework diagrams
• Defined, structured and, executed operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing actionable recommendations
• Conducted research to ensure strategy recommendations are grounded in holistic understanding of the consumers' decision journey, market trends, and competitive landscape
