Salary: Up to 100k
Requirements: 5+ years of HVAC experience.


A high-preforming Mechanical Contractor with a reputation for skill in the industry is seeking an experienced HVAC Preconstruction Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction to the finished structure, interfacing with both customers and construction professionals.
What You Will Be Doing Manages all aspects of control projects, from beginning to end, with direct responsibility for project execution while leading a team, or teams, to accomplish specific objectives in a given time frame and with available resources. Responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of control projects. Accountable for assigned projects scope of work schedule, and budget.
What You Need for this Position Construction Management with 5+ years of commercial project management, HVAC and piping experience
or 8+ years of project management, controls or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Contacts in the area that will help with business development
5 years experience in the HVAC and plumbing environment.
Pipe sizing capability for HW, CW, process piping, steam, domestic, waste and storm systems.
Catalog equipment sizing capability.
Competently evaluate and assess workings of existing mechanical systems.
Working knowledge of architectural, electrical, structural and fire protection drawings.
