Web Project/Content Manager
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Web Content to manage the execution of web-based projects with different degrees of effort and complexity in a fast-paced environment
• Own content projects as assigned by manager, from project intake and assessment through publishing, and ensure projects and tasks are completed accurately and on-time
• Create and maintain project plans outlining scope, timelines, resource requirements, and milestones. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure that projects are completed within scope, on time
• Act as the main point of contact for owned projects providing regular updates on progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success. Develop mitigation plans and proactively address challenges to keep the project on track.
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that deliverables meet established standards with internal checklists. Conduct testing and reviews at key project milestones.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records. Ensure that documentation is organized and accessible to the team.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction with the delivered project.
