  • CNH Industrial is empowering its IT team to support the Engineering Department in the development of the next generation solution to support the development of products. To bring this new solution for our engineers, we are seeking a Product Lifecycle Management Business Analyst within the Technology IT department, to drive the definition and related development of the new generation PLM & Engineering BOM.
  • We are looking for an experienced person with strong motivation in promoting innovative solutions oriented in the direction of innovating, renewing, and simplifying, keeping in mind always the internal customer satisfaction.
  • In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and identifying IT business needs for CNH Industrial product development group as a member of the ICT Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) organization; you'll collaborate with the Application Managers and Business references to define methodologies, processes, and tool selection. Identify key users to be involved in the certification process, providing support between the end users and developers during testing of software.
  • In doing this job you'll have to interact with the Software vendor of the selected solution to discuss implementation strategy a new SW release to be adopted

Responsibilities:
  • Perform analysis of Business needs through continuous interaction with engineering business counterparts
  • Lead activities required to define and implement IT solutions to satisfy engineering's business requirements
  • Guide the selection, installation and use of computing equipment and software. Maintain current knowledge of equipment, systems, and programming techniques appropriate to the organization.
  • Monitor operations and develop improvements.
  • Participate in the training of key management with data processing techniques. Set policies, procedures, technical standards, methods, and priorities.
  • Plan and coordinate all investigations, feasibility studies and surveys of proposed and existing information systems and machine applications.
  • Plan, develop and direct the operation of information technology systems.
  • The salary range for this position is $88,000-$120,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • 6 + years of experience in a similar Technical or Business Analytical role supporting engineering teams, using CREO (produced by PTC) as CAD solution for modelling 3D model and Teamcenter as global unique Product Lifecycle manager (produced by Siemens).
