The Plan Build Representative 3 selects, implements, and loads the system applications that administer provider's contracts. The Plan Build Representative 3 performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and sound judgment.


The Plan Build Representative 3 analyzes and maintains required changes for existing Provider Contracts driven by market product design, legislative and regulatory needs. Determines required system changes to support new products, services, or efficiencies. Ensures adherence of compliance and audit processes, and supports system error resolution and remediation. Decisions are typically focused on methods, tactics and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years experience in healthcare Insurance Industry
  • Expert level data entry skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities
  • Ability to make decisions
  • Ability to work within timelines and deadlines
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience using Microsoft Access or other relatable databases
  • Experience reading provider contracts
  • 1-3 years of Contract Load, Provider Load experience
  • Claims experience
  • CSC experience
  • Medicare healthcare experience
Associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home.
