Job Description:

Mini Pie & Parfait Production Associate

Reports to: Cake Room Manager and Central Bakery Manager

Job Profile: Clerk 2, Production-Central Bakery

Business Title: Bakery Production-Central Bakery

Position Summary:

Daily production of mini pies and parfaits. Follow safe, sanitary food handling to prevent contamination and food borne illnesses.

Starting Wage:

$17.00

Starting Time:

Start time: 6am; Monday, Wednesday-Saturday (Sunday and Tuesday Off)

Overtime frequent and required

Schedule may change on production needs and holidays

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Experience:

No experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Works under close supervision

• Repetitive work hat is clearly defined, manual jobs

• Impacts on own work

Qualifications:

Basic math and reading skills, ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment, ability to stand for long periods of time. Flexible work schedule, weekends and holidays are required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 30+lbs. Able to use digital and balance scales.

Read and understand mix formulas. Be able to work independently and with others. Requires constant bending, stretching, and good eye/hand coordination. Quality control.

Other Duties:

Clean work areas and take out trash. Assist in pass out, packaging and occasional mixing. Varies according to production needs, may be required to work in other production areas.

Environmental Conditions:

Exposed to constant indoor temperatures of 70 degrees or higher, freezer temps of 32 degrees or below. Noise: loud machines. Chemicals: cleaning solutions.
