Matrix Providers is offering a rewarding opportunity for a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Provider (Psychiatrist, Neurologist, or Physiatrist PM&R) to provide potential services to our veterans assisting with Veterans Benefits Administration Medical Disability Examination (VBA MDE) at the LHI facility in Kingman, AZ.
- Compensation: This is a salaried position paid at an equivalent from $113.05 to $133.00 per hour.
- Status: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: 1 to 2 days per week, appointments scheduled 30 days in advance to provide flexibility
- Benefits: 401(k) Plan
The TBI Physician must have the following requirements:
- MD or DO specializing in Neurology, Psychiatry, or PM&R Kingman, AZ
- Current license in any State
Due to contractual obligations with the DoD, Health Care Workers performing under this contract must either be a U.S. citizen, or as defined by the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship, and Immigration Services, either a noncitizen national of the United States, lawful permanent resident of the United States, or alien authorized to work in the United States.
