Overview

The Physician / Neurologist Out-Patient / Roswell is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed care givers who ensure that patients, families and significant others receive individualized high quality, safe patient care. It is expected that all RN Clinical Nurses - are licensed, knowledgeable and uphold the practice of nursing as outlined by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and implements the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards put forth by the American Nurses Association.

Wellstar Medical Group (WMG), is seeking a compassionate, caring Neurologist to join our rapidly growing, dynamic care team at Wellstar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, Georgia. As a physician-led company, Wellstar Medical Group believes that clinicians should have greater control over their professional lives. Wellstar Medical Group offers physicians many opportunities to advance both as a clinician and as a leader.

Preferred candidate is Fellowship trained to conduct EMGs, Neurophysiology

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree or equivalent
  
• Clinical residency in Neurology
  
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid State of Georgia Medical License
  
• DEA License
  
• Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)
