Salary: $110.00 USD Hourly - $140.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a OB/GYN Physician in Mountain View, CA!! This is a full time position with one of the nation's leading healthcare providers!
Schedule: Flexible! Let us know what you would like and the client will make it work!
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensure that patient encounters meet the needs of the patient and their family
- Ensure timely response to calls/pages
- Support community physicians and midwives through clinical assistance as requested including practice coverage as requested and as safely available
- Participate in hospital meetings (e.g. department meetings, peer review, quality improvement)
- Active involvement in the daily activities of the labor and delivery unit
- Reinforce the clinical aspects of OBHG value proposition at the hospital
- Collaborate with team lead, MDO, and DHO to ensure that clinical services are meeting hospital objectives and expectations
- Arrive on time for assigned coverage periods
- Work with the team to ensure that there is 100% schedule coverage at assigned site
- Board Certified Ob/Gyn Physician
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state of assigned site
- Highly relational, able to build strong rapport and positive working relationship with all stakeholders (Hospital leadership, hospitalist teams, nurses, staff physicians, and OBHG corporate staff)
- Team oriented, service minded, goal focused individual who believes in OBHG's mission
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Significant experience with obstetrical emergency care
- Mental and Physical Demands (per ADA guidelines)
