Hours:
Monday through Friday; Flexible Schedule; No weekends or holidays.
Office Hours 8 am to 4:30 pm
About The Job
This individual works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop an individualized physical therapy treatment plan for client's home/residence.
What We Are Looking For
Education [formal]:
- Graduate of a university approved by American Physical Therapy Association required.
- Licensed in the state of Iowa to practice physical therapy required.
- Minimum of 1-year experience preferred. Community or home health experience desirable.
- Current motor vehicle driving license, motor vehicle insurance and available to travel to client's residences required.
- Computer and typing skills required.
- Must be able to demonstrate the use of critical thinking skills
- Must be able to work autonomously
- Must provide proof of Basic Life Support (BLS Healthcare Provider, American Heart Association; or American Red Cross, Professional Rescuer-LIVE class only) via current card prior to employment or within 60 days of hire and maintains current status.
- Completes Mandatory Reporting: Child and Dependent Adult Abuse requirement within 6 months of hire and renews this requirement every 5 years.
