Our Client is on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Manager to join the team of our mobile game publisher client. You will report to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager and will use your creative and analytical skills to acquire new customers across multiple channels. You will have close collaboration with other teams within marketing such as creative, social media, and data science.

Responsibilities:


Work with leadership to drive overall marketing strategy
Learn and implement best practices and methodologies across existing channel partners such as Facebook/Instagram, Google, TikTok, rewarded video channels, international & localization marketing, and DSPs
Contribute to creative ideation and manage creative partners to optimize campaign performance
Identify new and emerging acquisition channels
Own and manage a monthly budget across multiple channels and geographies
Provide analysis of spend and results
Collaborate with teams across the company including product and monetization
Closely manage network partners and campaign performance
Keep up-to-date on the mobile user acquisition landscape, growth trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to inform and develop new ideas & growth initiatives


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience managing mobile user acquisition campaigns across viable channels including ad networks, social, and emerging platforms
The ideal candidate will come from a mobile gaming background or have an interest in it
Analytical mindset - ability to use data insights to drive decisions and growth strategy
High proficiency working with dashboards (i.e. Tableau, etc.)
Presentation skills - comfortable presenting results to internal/external clients
Experience managing seven-figure marketing budgets
Must be able to efficiently work with partners and vendors across several time zones
