RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Developer in Herndon, VA.Summary:The candidate will gather requirements, translate requirements into a best fit within the application, identify business process improvements, develop, and maintain SDLC documentation, support application configuration, define test scenarios, and create test scripts.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • PeopleSoft HCM Developer will review and comment on proposed functionality
  • Evaluating and providing feedback on design documents, test plans and scenarios, and other associated artifacts
  • Working with developers to ensure thorough understanding of functional requirements and designs


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of experience, or Master's degree and 3 years of experience, or 9 years of overall directly related experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience in validating business requirements and translating them into technical design documents
  • 5+ years of PeopleSoft development experience with PeopleTools technologies and PeopleSoft HCM
  • Working knowledge to modify/create PeopleSoft PeopleTools Application Designer objects (components, pages, records, fields, SQL, Application Engine, and Application Packages)
  • Working knowledge of software testing
  • Must be available to provide scheduled and ad hoc evening and weekend support
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
