Patient Service Coordinator II

40 Hours

Full time days M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hybrid one day a week

Under the general direction of the Business Director, the Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) II is responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions of the department. The incumbent may also be required to provide administrative support for the staff.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Clinical Directors and Clinical Specialist with projects.

• Assists Business Director with office moves, supply ordering and other tasks to ensure operations run efficiently.

• Submits Expense Reports for staff.

• Keeps track of staff conference requests

• Enters appointments into Epic

• Answers main line into the Social Work Department.

• Perform all other duties that are assigned and appropriate to this position.

Skills/Abilities

• Must have basic computer efficiencies and the ability to learn software systems.
• Experience with common PC computer software including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Outlook
• Knowledge of office equipment usage (phone, fax, copier)
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Good organizational and problem solving skills.
• Detail-oriented
• Able to work in a team environment

Qualifications
Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma with Associates Degree preferred.
  3-5 years of general office work experience preferred
