What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:

Be a part of a project that will add value to Parts Operations at The Toro Company with Parts Pricing Team! Gain experience and knowledge in data, competitive analysis and data-driven decisions to increase profit margins.

Parts pricing team segmentation project will focus on competitive pricing model for top priority parts by the end of fiscal year 2023. This project will lead to the completion of further milestones that will be implemented in 2024.

• Maintain Part attributes in audit databases updating division parts: lengths, dimensions, SKUs without part class and others attributes as assigned
  
• Web scraping for competitive analysis using excel
  
• Assist with creation of price data files for price team
  
• Answer basic PDM Query System questions from price team
  

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

• We require interns to be enrolled in an educational program during the duration of the internship program.
  
• Educational background on Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics or related field in data science with technical requirements on Data Analysis using Database, Excel or related databases.
  
• Ability to understand and manipulate data on Database and Excel
  
• Access and SAP knowledge preferred but not required.
  
• Open to share other areas of expertise or experience related to this project not listed here
  
• Creative and open to provide ideas to price
  
• 1-2 years of related experience on query tables via access
