Our client, a television network in Arlington, VA, is seeking a temporary part-time Audience Services Associate to support their team!

About You:

• 1+ years of communications and customer service experience.
• Possess a background in content; knowledge of the public media industry is a plus.
• A college degree is ideal, but not required.
• Strong writing and editing background; must possess excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with exceptional project/time management and collaboration skills.
• Must have reliable internet connection/access.

The Job:

• Assist with managing external communications.
• Draft responses for popular viewer comment topics; ensure responses are updated as required.
• Oversee the rapid response to viewer feedback and campaigns.
• Research/draft responses for specific questions; respond to viewer emails, calls, and mail.
• Collaborate with the Closed Captioning Team to respond to viewer inquiries.
• Produce reports and perform additional duties as assigned.

This is a great temporary part-time (30hr/week) position that pays $19/hr-$20/hr and is slated to last through May 2023, with potential to extend. If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply today with your MS Word resume!
