Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for resume distribution, prescreens, interview scheduling, reference checks, offer letters, TBNT letters, New Hire Packets
  • Assists with new hire on-boarding and assimilation
  • Processes personnel actions via Payroll Status Change Forms (PSCF)
  • Enters personnel actions in HCM
  • Employment Verifications
  • Weekly front desk coverage
  • Assists with special HR Projects (salary surveys, position descriptions, Career Fairs, HR-related research)
  • Assists and provides support with employee morale events


Job Requirements
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years progressive Human Resources experience
  • BS degree or pursuing degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles, including specific focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and diplomacy
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), influence and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task while effectively meeting task and project deadlines and deliverables
  • Ability to handle, maintain and protect highly confidential information
